Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actress, best known for her role in the starring role of Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama TV series Awkward, since 2011. Tarlov was the smallest of two girls, was raised and born at Manhattan, New York. When she was 10 She began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Students in 7th grade who saw the show were very impressed. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training for various styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company was another school she attended. In addition, she incorporated writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theatre master class. Molly exchanged her black winter coat for a pair of black sunglasses and set off to Los Angeles. She quickly landed a three-word appearance on iCarly that attracted a lot of attention to her mother. Her subsequent appearances include performances on TV and has also developed the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge.
